The learning process is dynamic. Children and the educators are engaged into an interactive and activity based process. The strategy is to generate interest in the child so that he learns to be self-driven and learns to learn by himself. Learning areas are diversified but flexible to the needs of the individual child. Creativity is fully explored with thrust on inculcation of values, habits and life skills. No structured homework, no formal exam but there is continuous assessment which the educators and parents jointly undertake. Together, children learn to think, feel and to live together.
From this session i.e 2019-20, we have been working in collaboration with Curio which is certified by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India to train teachers.
